Being in a car accident is never a good time but the insurance company and the autobody shop did a fabulous job and made it easy for me. I was very comfortable leaving my car with Stevens ford I would do it again if I had to. The manager Bruce let me know everything that was going to happen and how long it would take place. I received a text daily, that let me know how far along they were with my car. I have been telling everyone that my car is perfect again.
Dear David Stevens:
I am writing this letter to bring your attention to the excellent customer service that I’ve received on three separate occasions at the collision center. I own a 2009 Acura MDX and had someone back into the passenger side of the car requiring doth doors to have to be repainted. I was nervous about the paint colors not looking consistent with the original paint but it came out beautiful. My second experience was after the other side of the truck had a snowplow stick scratch the length of the truck, requiring both driver side doors to have to be repainted. Again it came out fantastic. I subsequently had problems with one of the passenger doors not opening easily and they had me come back and replaced a latch within the door. They did it in 20 minutes and even ordered another one in case the issue comes up again.
Last week I had someone hit me from behind at a stoplight so I will be back once again to have my bumper now taken care of. This truck will now have been pretty much totally redone and you can’t even tell thanks tell thanks to the exceptional work done at Stevens. The staff in the collision center makes everything so easy and they are always very pleasant. I recommend your services to anyone who is in need. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you for keeping my faith in the service industry.
